"I started with Jeff in October because I thought it was a smart switchover for funding and other amenities . Well fast forward to January they made a mistake ( which I completely get because we are all human ) when it came time to fix the mistake I explained to Jeff how the mysterious money out of my account put me and my two toddlers out of food for a whole week and his response to that was “well you should be thanking me for saving you money every month with your monthly price ! “ I should thank you ?
